iNWAYS provides digital delivery only. We do not supply physical goods.
All digital products are delivered electronically via:
- Email to the address provided at checkout
- On-screen download access after successful payment
2. Delivery Timeframe
Most digital products are delivered:
- Instantly after payment confirmation, or
- Within the timeframe specified on the product page (for customised orders)
For made-to-order products, delivery times depend on the complexity of your request and will be clearly communicated before purchase.
3. Delivery Costs
There are no shipping or delivery charges.
All digital deliveries are free of additional cost.
4. Worldwide Availability
Our digital services are available internationally.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that digital content is lawful in their jurisdiction.
5. Delayed or Failed Delivery
If you do not receive your product:
1. Check your spam/junk folder
2. Ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct
3. Contact support@inways.shop
If we are unable to deliver your product due to a technical error on our side, we will either:
- Re-deliver the product, or
- Issue a refund in accordance with UK consumer law
6. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Providing an accurate email address
- Ensuring your device/software is compatible
- Supplying correct information for customised orders
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.
